One Year Guaranteed Rate

While you get used to your new financial routine, you can protect yourself against any increases in interest rates by ensuring that your repayments remain the same for the first 12 months. This feature is only available for new loans, and after the first year the rate converts to our current standard variable rate.

Establishment fee

The establishment fee for a standard variable rate loan is $450, or $600 for all other home loans.

Service fee

The monthly service fee for your Complete home loan is $8.

What is a comparison rate?

A comparison rate helps you identify the true cost of a loan. It takes into account the interest rate, loan set-up costs, the term of the loan, and any other up front or ongoing fees associated with a loan.

• fees and charges which may not be available at the time the comparison rate is provided
